toure C.I chose this location for in person service, but then was forced to do online check in anyway because the 1 employee at this site could not be there because of a personal situation. Online check in was awful. Took over 50 minutes even with the tech support help on the phone. Also the furniture pads I reserved were not in the truck.
Keith R.Horrible, inconvienant process. No clear instructions at drop off. Pickup location confusing...Not enough employees. Rude employees at both pick up and drop off. Wont use again...Uhaul has really slid...just an awful experience i will not put myself through again.
