After a big mess up with the original pickup location they did a great job finding me a truck at a different location with a 50 dollar refund. The new location was great and I will continue to use that location from now on and will refer people to them.

Offer some tie downs for inside of box
JOY MThe drop-off procedure wasn't completely clear. I didn't know I would get a text when I returned the truck and didn't see it until I got home. Also, the print on the online receipt is way too small. Otherwise a simple experience.
DOUGLAS HThe App to check out the truck was terrible. It wouldn’t work(it would not allow me to take pictures or to skip taking pictures and deleted my comments every time I tried to take a picture). I called customer service and the resent it. This time I was able to take one picture only and it wouldn’t not let me take anymore. But I could skip that time. The most embarrassing part for you was not that it failed the second time, but that the phone rep knew immediately that the app had a bug and that resending the link “usually works”. Very frustrating experience.
