You’re very nice and clean
Reginaldo UCheck in was handled in person, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a breeze! The truck was well maintained and everything went very smoothly. I will most definitely rent U-Hauls or storage units from here again.
JULIE FI was over charged for mileage. Estimated I would drive 10 miles but only drove 5. I was charged for 11 miles. Tried to get it corrected but no response from associate as they had left early for the day.
ZOE MAt this Kimco location the Lady took the time to find me a rental truck the day before we needed it. Other locations didn’t offer to help. This is what I call Great Customer Service 😊
