The App to check out the truck was terrible. It wouldn’t work(it would not allow me to take pictures or to skip taking pictures and deleted my comments every time I tried to take a picture). I called customer service and the resent it. This time I was able to take one picture only and it wouldn’t not let me take anymore. But I could skip that time. The most embarrassing part for you was not that it failed the second time, but that the phone rep knew immediately that the app had a bug and that resending the link “usually works”. Very frustrating experience.
