Robert ERented a van trailer in Orlando on 5/4/26, drove to my home in Tampa on the same day. After unloading, we called the local U-Haul rental that is less than a mile from my house, and asked if we could return the trailer to this location rather than the location on the contract, which is over 10 miles from my home, with no additional charges. We were told yes. So the trailer was returned on 5/4/26 at 4:30 p.m. One months later, I receive a charge from Fishhawk Storage for $120.40 with the receipt stating 4 additional rental days, with the date returned as 5/8/26. The trailer was returned on 5/4/26! Dispute has been submitted with U-Haul Customer Service.
