My reservation was made for a cargo van, but the didn't leave it for 24/7 pickup so I had to call to get my reservation changed for a different truck. Customer service got me into another truck but had to Refund me for the dolly which I really needed because I was getting a washer and dryer. So I had to go to Lowe's to purchase a dolly. The customer service agent extended my reservation to 11pm. I come back at 8:30 to discover the gate is locked with my car inside. I call customer service again, they locate the manager to tell them my car was locked inside and she tells me, “ oh you have a jeep, park the uhaul in the Walgreens parking lot(which wasn't the location) walk up the hill( it was dark and muddy), turn in the truck then drive your jeep over the curb†then she says, “ your jeep should be okay I drive my Buick over the curb all the time†she then told me I shouldn't have left my car. If I'm the only person driving the Uhaul what else am I supposed to do. I can't drive a uhaul and my car at the same time. The conversation was unprofessional and would take too much time to type. My experience was horrible, I will not be back

The cargo van was not the cleanest but it worked for what I needed to get done. The lady working the office was really nice and helpful. She offered to wait for me to return so my car wouldn't be left unattended. I would definitely use this location again for my rental needs.
ALEXANDRIA W.My reservation was at 8:30am. The app told me I had to wait until the location opened to get my rental. Waited until 9am and there was no one there. The location was still closed. Called uhaul customer service and they told me codes to all 6 lock boxes and there were no key's available. Uhaul customer service also called to get ahold of someone and no one answered. Someone showed up around 9:30am to open the location. Still didn't get the keys until 9:45am. The truck itself was in poor condition. The inside was dirty, the check engine light was on the entire time, and the truck was shaking every time I accelerated past 30mph. The driver seat was not adjustable and was stuck in the far back position. I'm short so I had to drive on the edge of the seat, and press the gas and brakes with my tippy toes. There is a lot of damage to the outside of the truck I used and the app didn't allow me to take enough pictures. Horrible experience! Customer service agent also told me I could be compensated for the inconvenience, but when he put me on hold, I was transferred to someone else.

When I arrived to the pick up location, none of the mobile links worked for proper check-in, and I was NOT informed by the worker to take a picture of the dashboard for mileage estimates. I was double charged for miles that I DID NOT drive and was not refunded back for this mistake on UHAULs part! This was a big miscommunication on their part and they did nothing to try and resolve the issue. I didn't even receive the appliance dolly that I paid for! UHaul also lied on their website that the rental rates are hourly. This is apparently FALSE! Even if you rent a UHaul for just 3 hrs, they still charge an entire Day Rate! This is not stated on the website or fine print! Why give the customer the option of an hourly rate when your just going to charge a day rate anyway?! Over all, this was a horrible service that was only supposed to cost me $44 and I ended up paying over $90 for someone else's mileage and the negligence of the UHAUL employee. Don't even want to use UHAUL ever again. Going to Budget.
