Very convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff explained the process. No suggestions for improvement.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck had high mileage and it showed. But overall, my treatment and customer service were outstanding.

Matthew RThe app was dysfunctional. It did not work as intended and caused more frustration. The people at Raymond's were more helpful. Fix your app.
Paolo PU-Haul systems were down when I dropped off the truck – employee was helpful to say he would do the processing as soon as systems are back up
