The actual store was very rude and nasty,. I was never notified that the pick up place was changed. The store manager walked right by me after dealing with the rude representative and did nothing to help diffuse or help. IRaymonds auto repair was absolutely awesome and helped calm me down and I give the young man a 10/10. The u haul on Oswego Rd get a 1.
WILLIAM HI have nothing to add here as I didn't go with my driver to return the trailer. BUT. . . . he has used Raymond's several times in the past. Given that he keeps returning there, he must think it's a good facility. I know he likes the people there.
