How U-Haul Reviews WorkI received no information whatsoever about the truck I rented. No one was present at the location to assist me. I used the app to finally get going. The key was in a random unlocked lockbox. I had no communication explaining any of this. I ordered a dozen moving pads, they were not in the truck. Which, by the way, I want taken off my bill and credited to my card.
David BBig miscommunication on drop off location. Was supposed to be somewhere else but they gave me a different address which that address was closed. Then they gave me a “service fee” for dropping it off at the wrong location.
