David was great, and stayed late on a Friday evening to get us taken care of.
Aaron VFigure out an easier way to do returns through the app. I ended up just leaving the trailer and called in the morning. Luckily, the drop off was super cool and took care of everything so i didnt have to come in. 5 stars to them. Other than trying to return via the app, great experience.
JOSEPH GI booked the U-Haul for Saturday, it wasn’t available until Sunday, wasn’t cleaned, smelled like animals had been hauled in it. Still had previous persons items in the cab. I had to move out by Sunday so I had no other option but to use it as it was.
