El señor que nos atendió de mala gana llegamos a las 9 a.m. y él estaba completamente solo y no nos quería atender por no hablar inglés no quería que usáramos traductor del teléfono he incluso hubo una persona que nos tradujo y aún así dejó pasar mucha gente salimos casi a las 12 de último se burló de nosotros haciendo chistes por no hablar el idioma. Me pereció una falta de respeto fue racista y me quería cobrar de más 100$ en efectivo total nos hizo la vida cuadritos de paso nosotros bien educados lo tratamos con respeto mi esposo le dio la mano para despedirse y lo dejó con la mano tendida solo porque mi esposo es de color. Fue un grosero racista. Nos trató muy mal. Deben de tener buen trato al público también.

We were there before 12pm and no one was there. We followed procedures and put keys in box. The truck had 3/4 tank of gas. No one there to help us.
brenda tUhaul we used had someone’s vape in it. It had sticky stuff all over the place. Also, the guy we rented the Uhaul from had people in his office and as soon as we walked in he asked us if we would be done before scheduled time because they needed the truck. Very unprofessional.
Joey MNo problems with location. Problem with UHaul. Booked a 20ft, got a 26ft. Made move much more challenging to get into and out of locations. Would have appreciated notice or option to book smaller truck (15ft would have worked), but I was not given that option. You should provide those options. I received text message saying I would receive a call from UHaul, but no call was received.
