Bwendo I.I booked the truck for 10am. The store was supposed to open at 10am. The clerk did not arrive until 5 past and didn't open the store until 10:10am. The clerk did allow us to hold the truck past the original return time to compensate. I was concerned with the fact that the clerk was unable to enter my driver's licence information manually, but instead I had to scan it. If this information was ever leaked, identity theft would be a major problem. Furthermore, what if I didn't have a working cell phone? I would like to see the automated system give the option to accept manually entered drivers licence information, to be more accessible and reduce the risk of identity theft for customers.
