I was very disapointed. I had to pick up something in crystal beach and deliver it to another home in Crystal beach. I requested to pick up my truck in Crystal Beach. It approved this on the online form, I then got an email to say pick up was in Port Colborne. 17.7 extra KM each way. We then were charged for this.
