Pickup was for 8am. I wasn’t able to pick up until 10am. Before leaving, logging some before pictures wasn’t possible since upon taking the picture through the app, the app would not load pictures. For how new the truck was and for being under 20k miles, the sticker on the side said smooth ride. I thought I was driving an older flatbed truck from the 90’s that would not stop shaking. It was either a badly balanced drive line or the front and rear tires are not as balanced as they should be. The shake was bad enough that every cup holder in the cab was useless and I hope non of my items were damaged in the move from the shaking. Other than that, the truck was very clean.
