The service at the facility was great. The vehicle was low on air in one tire. I received a call 2 days later asking why I had not returned the vehicle even though I returned it the same day, 2 hours after picking it up.

Location had no information about the services that were billed, somehow I was overcharged but as they had no information about it they couldn't help. Suggested it was a "deposit" that would be returned at truck return, then almost didn't give me the equipment that was rented with the truck, then almost gave me the wrong equipment

brad sMake sure the inside of the cargo area is clean before the next customer receives the vehicle. Have the mirror tool available to the costumer for proper adjustment of the mirrors prior to leaving the rental facility.
