The way these reps handle customer’s phone calls could be improved in my opinion. The rep that answered my call this morning when I called to confirm that I had already returned the truck was very unprofessional. He made assumptions and he asked questions in a very demanding way. He was poorly informed about the situation and I believe that’s why he made the assumptions that he made. Other than that, I had a very good experience.

Pick up location tried to charge me and extra $100 for the rental until I asked why was it costing more. Drop off location staff was rude. Slamming stuff on table. Very unprofessional. Appeared very upset.

marlon hHeat did not work at all in the U-Haul only blowing out cold air. Drove from California to Louisville Kentucky freezing. Made two different complaints still hasn’t been resolved or compensated for the inconvenience. Complaint customer representative said someone would contact me about this manner within 72 hours still haven’t hear from anyone.
