I used to work for Uhaul. Please never send another customer to this location. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Today I noticed the guy signed his signature and there are additional charges on my card. Even after the rep (Valerie credit the first set of over charges, he was somehow able to use my card again and added more charges to my American Express. This is my 2nd formal complaint against how I was treated as a 68 year old woman moving alone. He told me that insurance was $30 after I know I selected the $15 option. -dirty cab.floor -cup holders filthy -front seat filthy and a cigarette was on the seat -Front floors were very dirty with red dirt all over the floor. -Tire warning was on- worker said he would refund me $1.25 for putting air in the tire. His worker or wife was there and they both laughing and snickering. I called traffic I requested to take the truck back to a different location because I felt the the location would be unsafe for me to go back to. It was a very hostile store location. I had to walk 28 minutes back to the bus stop going and I was not going to walk back to the bus stop again. I noticed the contract was signed with his signature and not mine. 1001 brookline road jj food mart. I want these erroneous charges removed.

Angela SThe truck was very dirty in the cab and in the back upon pickup. The pickup process took over 30 minutes because the location did not know how to process the check in. Returning it was just as bad, the location was not competent in working the computer system and was rude to every customer that came in their building. Will never rent from this location again.
