The right side of the lights did not work. But because there were no others available we had to take it because we were 2 hours from home and had to get our car to the repair. The ramp would not lock back in and we had to bungee cord it so it would not flip down while driving. So i paid for extra protection in case there was a problem.. but it was given to me with problems... so i am not happy...I told the guy when I dropped it off about the issues.. no compensation, no apology..I have to use uhaul to move my golf cart so you have me by the short hairs for my rental next month...

Nothing. They were extremely friendly and quick. Great when picking up even warmed the truck up because it was freezing out. When returning just as quick and friendly. Highly recommended!
