I had two separate tires blow out on the trailer. This added 3.5 hours to my trip waiting for roadside assistance to change them out
Ted SStaff was great however, Trailer lights stopped working.
Barry FI am sick and tired of your automated system. I as the customer should be able to choose the pickup and drop off locations for MY convenience - not yours. Having to drive to a alternate location, especially after a long trip, is insane. I do not care if your company needs to balance equipment. As my kids would say - that's a you problem. And to make matters worse, you have the nerve to charge me a penalty fee because I refused to drive over 2 hours away round trip to your selected drop off location? That's BS!!!! I have multiple Uhaul locations 5 minutes from my home. You need to flush the automated system!!! You need to allow an option during booking a rental that clearly allows for "do not change" locations and an offer to incentivize automated selection. That way if a customer doesn't mind some inconvenience over $ they can let the system make choices. For the rest of us, when I make a reservation - LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!
