I had reservations for a smaller truck with lower price. But they said that it not available. Then I had to pay more than the price I expected.

MOOSE HGary's the best Uhaul dealer I've ever dealt with. I've been renting Uhauls for 14 years and I will only rent from Gary from this point forward anytime we rent in Lubbock.
I WThe truck was wrack told the employees they nothing we can do get in the truck full of mud on the floor board the truck barley had any gas in it I had to feel up before driving off the employee lide on the miles and when I went up there it the time of pickup there was note on the door that said please call my cell did twice went to voicemail then he calls back who is this I explained to him why I was there took over 10 min for him to get there just all around a bad experience give uhaul bad after this sadly I can not hostile recommend uhaul as compy

Penny Hthe truck smelled like gasoline inside and out. the brake light stayed on the entire time. the truck was dirty inside and out and very damaged when my husband picked it up. when driving down the road the cab was driving straight but the box of the truck was driving sideways ( which i have videos of it doing this due to me driving behind it ) very nice at the office but the truck was definatly not what we expected from uhaul. we have rented for uhaul for years but this truck was the worst i have ever seen or experienced
Michael SI'm very disappointed, I'm supposed to be charged 23 dollars but you charge me 48 dollars!. Plus I drove it fo only 12 miles in one hour total and I put back with a filling a good gas on it as requested! So why you charged me extra. Additional to that I have been trying to call you but nobody responds!!!. That's was first and last time doing a business with U Haul. It's unfair to pay 48 dollars for 12 miles while im supposed to pay $23 and put a gas on it!!!

Marvin DWe reserved a trailer & furniture movers on line. When we arrived, the trailer we reserved was not available so we had to rent a longer one & pay more. The furniture movers were not available so we had to go to Harbor Freight & buy some, which made us late to our appointment to pick up our furniture.

Linda CI reserved for another location, was sent to this location because the truck was not there and they were saving the ones they had for other reservations to be picked up later, as if I am second class, perhaps because of my race or gender or whatever identity your company judges others to see who has to go 3.2 miles away to pick up the truck and who doesn't. Also, this is the first time your company has had to call someone to verify that I am a worthy person to rent a truck, how are you determining who is worthy, a sorting hat? Perhaps your smoking the same stuff they are smoking in Washington D.C. Thankfully the owner at the 50th street location knows what he is doing. I will never reserve at another store just to be sent here, I'll go here first if I ever book with your company again because he is professional and nice and quite simply effective at his job whereas others lack many qualities necessary to function in basic life. You should pay this guy more for his work and pay the guy at the 34th street way less for his.

SHEILA SI will never recommend nor go to this location again. They will change your order without anything as much as a curiosity call then when you go in person they won’t even have any inventory available even though your order was scheduled weeks in advance! Ended up charging me $75 for a vehicle I didn’t ask for when they told us it would only be $19. Only reason we went with it was because of the “good deal” they were giving us on it and it being so last minute. Great kids working inside the shop but they have a shady way of doing business.

Mr Gary called me he said would take care of me and make things right. I know that if I call Mr Gary he will figure it out any future rentals if needed. Thank Mr Gary!!

robert cThe vehicle cab was dirty. But #1 was the truck in poor shape. My family followed behind me as I drove and said the truck was traveling sideways. The steering wheel was turned sideways to the point I could not see the speed I was traveling, unless I leaned forward. To travel 38 miles I put $22.45 in fuel, that is horrible fuel mileage.
