I had ordered moving supplies and then requested a refund and have not got any kind of confirmation of getting a refund. This experience was so terrible that I will never use U-Haul again unless I absolutely have to because nothing else is available.
Joseph CI paid for moving blankets and did not receive them. I also wasn’t able to get a padlock since it is self service
