This is my preferred location. But this particular experience with the truck was different. It is frustrating when the truck has a lot of damage that your customer is taking the time to document. Why should I, as a customer spent 45 minutes taking photos and retaking them to document scratches and damages that you should be able to have on file and available and I'm only responsible for possibly one or two items that may not be on the existing known list? Also, it's often the case when the fuel gauge is incorrect and causes me to overfill because it takes a long time to update the fuel level in the dash. In those cases, you should credit your customer with the difference of fuel that is clearly documented once the gauges are updated.. for example in this particular case, it was a difference of 1/16th or more. And this has happened nearly every single time I've rented.
