I was very frustrated that I had selected a different store and was swapped to one further away for pickup and drop off due to availability. This in turn forced me to use more gas and well as more of my time. I’m confident I was charged by miles out on the vehicle and I’m frustrated that I likely paid for more due to these changes. No one ever apologized or offered anything to make up for it , there was no concern. I was just told here is the change of plan have a great day. Did not feel appreciated as a paying customer.
