My schedule ended up shifting due to a project delay, and I was running behind—but Dan didn’t miss a beat. He stayed patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He didn’t just complete the transaction, he made sure we were fully prepared for the trip and confident before leaving. That level of care makes a difference. I occasionally need U-Haul services for local projects, and this location has officially become my first choice. Dan’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile are a big reason why. Highly recommend!

Tatiana VMidgard is always my preferred choice for U-Haul rentals. I have many other options nearby. I'm sure they are all very good, but I just love the convenience, availability, and the great customer service. As far as improvements are concerned, I don't see any needed at this location. Francisco HFreaking empty tank of gas made me incur $145 of gas cost UPFRONT!! I have receipt to prove as well. This should also be documented. Someone needs to get please call me to resolve this. I was told they would leave very detailed notes of my experience so that when I closed it out they would take care of it.

Jafar AI have rented 5 or 6 trucks from tbis location , each time the man behind tbe desk has been rude, and unpleasant. This latest rental he was confontational , when he finally arrived back at the rental counter. Ths time i made a formal complaint through the company with a promise i would be contacted .. i still have not been contacted . While the added expense of travelling further to rent and return ( they charge by tbe mile )is burdensome , i will be looking for a different company.. i will be encouraging otjets tbrough various review sites as well

YORELVIS GThe easiest and most pleasant rental experience! I reserved my U-Haul Van online. I completed all pre-check steps online. When I arrived at the U-haul/Midguard location (23830 SR 54), there was plenty of parking and no issues with leaving my car on-site. Upon check-in, the two gentleman were friendly, professional, and very efficient. The van was a Ram (I didn't even know Dodge Ram made vans). It was a newer model (not sure which year). But it was clean, roomy, and had a backup camera, which I greatly appreciated! It drove like a really nice mini-van (very smooth and handled well). I was able to load contents of a 10x5 storage unit, in one trip, with room to spare. Their Drop off/Return process was a breeze-again, something I greatly appreciated as I was tired from the move. I parked, confirmed that the van was empty and locked. Next, I returned the key to U-haul manager. That whole drop-off process took about 5-minutes! The next day, I received my receipt and everything was 100% correct. Thank you very much for such a professional and easy U-haul rental experience!
Ramona SI was very frustrated that I had selected a different store and was swapped to one further away for pickup and drop off due to availability. This in turn forced me to use more gas and well as more of my time. I’m confident I was charged by miles out on the vehicle and I’m frustrated that I likely paid for more due to these changes. No one ever apologized or offered anything to make up for it , there was no concern. I was just told here is the change of plan have a great day. Did not feel appreciated as a paying customer.

JAMIE AMy truck was disgusting. It looked like somebody had sneezed a colossal snot glob on the steering wheel. The cupholders were disgusting. The dash was disgusting. The truck was out of alignment and ran so badly my wife asked me if it was going to die. You already fucked me at the location where I was suppose to pick up a truck originally. They didn't have the truck I'd reserved there and I had to go this location, wasting time and gas. Every time I use Uhaul you somehow manage to get worst, every time.
