Mobile return and there was barely any cell service. The app crashed after I entered the final picture and gave no more instructions. Really frustrating.

howard cThe pick up was scheduled for 8 AM in Madison Heights. I was on the way to the Madison Heights location and received a phone call at 7:40 stating that they did not have the correct truck and I would need to go to the Falwell airport. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Everyone at the airport was very nice but a heads up a lot earlier would have been great. Do better.

MICHAEL LMake the process faster. I have rented very frequently and by now there should be a record of my vehicle, insurance, and preferences. But every time I have to give ALL of the same info to the person checking me in.
