Terrible experience these people are scammers!! I don’t know who paid the $2,200 but it wasn’t me not sure who account it came from but I was not about to pay for something I did not accumulate I returned truck back on Jan 4th 2025 not sure who else had the truck after me but they are scammers. I will not be using uhual anymore after this incident.
Tashawna BI got a mile down the road and the trailor came undone from the hitch on my Bronco. I tried to call several times , left a message on voice mail and they never called me back.

Bobbie HThe location was closed. I had to do the rental through text. Worry about someone saying we stole it. The equipment was damaged severely and then we went to drop it off and they had never even checked it out. Then we got charge $20 extra for insurance we didn't request.
