I had to clean all the snow off of the trailer. I had to get it unstuck from mud/frozen ground and hook up by myself. The workers of Vince's only came out to get a quick photo if trailer. Mind you it had been days since it last snowed. They knew i waa coming yet i had to do all of it by myself
JOSEPH RPicking the truck up after hours was difficult and confusing. The truck itself drove like a tank, very bounced on the high way. Going over 50 feels like an earthquake I picked the truck up with a quarter tank of gas and I dropped it off with a quarter tank of gas. I took pictures of gas have when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. I got charged for gas after I dropped it off anyways even though it had same amount of gas as before. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I will probably get a U-Haul from somewhere else next time.
Leon YAbsolutely the best place to rent U-Haul from Great service awesome people
CRAIG ZThe lady who helped me was perfect. As for the truck i spent over 1000 dollars in gas for a 1/3 of a loaded truck. I ended up being stuck in Kansas were I had to get a loan from my brother to get me to my destination. I was getting 200 miles or less per tank until i got into Colorado. The only time I got a break on gas/mileage is when I hit Denver and got 250 miles to a tank. After Denver I got 300 miles to the tank. I did call in about the issue and the mechanic said that was normal that your trucks only get 200 miles. Which is false because I rent a 26ft a few months back and took one tank of gas to get to Spanish Fork to Hurricane UT and the truck was filled from end to end top to bottom. I only had a piano, a china hutch, grandfather clock, and about 8 boxes in a 15ft truck that wasn't going 200 miles. Knowing some about engines the truck wasn't turned to lower elevations and as soon as I got to higher elevation the truck ran better but made a load pitched noise. Was not happy with this service and I have always used uhaul to move things. And I also was charged and additional 31 dollars.
