Was told if I returned trailer early I would have the cost of one day refunded. Seems this is not the case. Uhaul should stand behind what they tell customers.

Clint AThe only complaint I have is that I reserved and paid for 2 dolly's as I needed them to move big furniture. When I picked up the Uhaul the man said they didn't have any dolly's right now, so I was stuck having to move big heavy furniture without one. If someone had let me know, I could have made other arrangements. If there is not a dolly available, then the website should reflect that.
