Extra charges were adding at time of pick up which were not included in original quote that was giving. I had given them all required information regarding move, answered all questions accurately and honest. Would have went to a different company if I hadn’t been on a schedule for the move. Store was very cluttered and messy. Personnel was very polite and helpfully.
