The truck wasn’t available at the first location. They called and moved it to another location close by, but when I went to pick it up through the app, I had to call because it wasn’t ready at the new location so I had to go to yet another location further away. It wasn’t a good experience at all.
Daniel LTruck was nice. Driver side rear tire was low when I picked it up so I’m not sure how well it was checked. The reason for negative feedback was because they added a $15 charge for insurance without asking. The guy said it was automatic, which seems like a lie since I rented a U-Haul a week and a half ago and they asked me if I wanted the insurance. It’s only $15, but it’s the principle of doing good business. I confronted and he made excuses.
KAYNON CGiant hassle trying to return the vehicle. Had to call multiple people to be able to confirm drop off. Not a single person knew what was going on. I was told they didn’t have any information on my drop off Also required a multitude of pictures taken at drop off.
