Trailer had some sort of black soiling on floor. Insure that interior surfaces are clean. Attendant pulled trailer forward and ran tongue into my bumper scuffing it. Have trailer parked on more level surface to insure ease of movement.

Appliance dolley had broked belt on tread so couldn’t be used to crawl up stairs. Shorted two furniture pads at pick up. Truck mileage incorrect at pickup caused lengthy return process to correct error. Truck was in dire need of alignment and front tired excessively worn on outer edges and made for a tiring trip of 2000 miles fighting steering wheel entire time. Wipers needed replaced. Very inadequate pickup of equipment experience.

It didn't have anyway to lock it to the hitch. At first, it showed a motorcycle trailer for $14.95 a day, but was told you no longer have it. So we ended up having to pay $24.95 a day.
