The process was very inconvenient. The app needs work. Having to wait long periods for things to load just to be rerouted back to the beginning and entering the same information I provided on my reservation.

MICHAEL RAt the original reservation location the service member found a truck at nearby location. Even though I showed up late.
DONALD CTruck was swapped out because it was shaking. The seats were very uncomfortable for the 12 hr drive to TX. My back is aching and stiff.
