Just don’t do it. You have to inspect the vehicle yourself, upload pictures, you don’t have enough room and while the Mega Saver staff are friendly they’re unable to answer any questions.

Matthew SKeys weren’t ready it’s proper location no one knew what was going on and wasted and hour of my time trying to get keys for the U-Haul
ryne sVery clean and helpful
john LU-Haul’s mobile approach to rentals is horrific. Your app is glitchy. You require location services instead of humans. You’re cheating your customers for the sake of saving a dollar. I hated my experience with U-Haul today. Hated it. I’ll do my best to never use U-Haul again.
