U-Haul’s mobile approach to rentals is horrific. Your app is glitchy. You require location services instead of humans. You’re cheating your customers for the sake of saving a dollar. I hated my experience with U-Haul today. Hated it. I’ll do my best to never use U-Haul again.

It was a bit out of my way from where I made my reservation. I didn’t know pick up location would be changed when I made the reservation.
Brian SNobody explained the pick up/drop off process and all of the "extra" fees that come along with the reservation. I stood in the store for about 20 min at drop off waiting for my final receipt just for the employee to tell me, "we do that after you leave and just send you the final receipt". Now I know its so they can add on additional charges w/out consent. Never using uhaul again!!!!

Laurie RThere is no counter to do the paperwork you stand next to the chips. At drop off they didn't do check in when we arrived. Won't do u-haul rental here again.
