Was not charged what I was told. Truck was dirty. Steering on truck was all over the place. Only good thing is I was able to move my belongings, just took more time dealing with everything.

James SI had a 10:30 appointment to pick up a truck. When i got there, I was informed the lady that dies the rental would not be until 11, butthe guy did call her and told her i was there and she told him that she would not be in until 12 noon and I would have to wait until then.
