Did a weekend after hours drop off. Plenty of parking for the truck, easy to access and park. Smooth process.

STEFFIN EDid self drop/check in & app was not very user friendly. Had to retake photos 4 times as they load & then disappeared ;no personnel
JAMES LOur reservation was for a 9am pick-up and the office was closed and locked until almost 10:30am. This was unacceptable as we were on a tight schedule. We also requested and paid for a hand dolly rental and we never received that either. Lastly, we finally get into the truck to leave and realized it only has about 1/4 tank of gas. As you can tell, our experience was less than ideal and lacked professionalism.
