I tied to open the side door but it didn’t open for me until the end I think it was frozen shut but it was good

ALMIR DTruck was clean for a truck but cup holders were all sticky. I used only 6 miles, put $3 of gas and for some reason I got charged $9 from u-haul. Did not understand the logic. The truck had 1/8 of gas when I got it.
