This was the WORST EXPERIENCEC EVER in dealing with a moving company! The UHAUL app. loaded but did not work. Had to call the phone number to finally get the truck . The whole process took over a hour!!!! Hard to take pictures of the vehicle n the sun . The people on the phone were very apologetic! The same holds true for bringing back the vehicle. The online process of taking pictures than having the pics get deleteted and having to take the pics again 3 times very frustrating!!! No one present on site at 12:30 pm on Sat. Is unacceptable! Took over 45 minutes to return truck! Crazy! Again taking pictures of the outside of the truck in the sun very frustrating and than have to retake because they get deleted.. Will never recommend Uhaul or use them! After sharing process to other people they stated to us Home Depot...their experience was much better with them.
