Please make the check-in process more intuitive on the app, especially when we’re told to touch the box to agree the terms and conditions. The part I’m specifically pointing to is where I had to click the word “Truck” to open another set of terms and conditions. It may not seem as obvious for other individuals. Maybe insert something in parenthesis after the word “Truck” to state to click the word as it is a form of hyperlink. It took a bit for the rep to figure that out for me. It was frustrating and a waste of time.
