This was 1 hour drive from where I booked the pickup. This has nothing to do with Hammers. They were great. It was the fact that I booked this a month ago and was told by Tallmadge I should have booked it in February and I should "have known better". I was in an impossible situation and had to take an entire afternoon away to make the 2 hour round trip. This will be the last time I ever work with U-Haul.

The pick up process through the mobile app was frustrating. The code I had to get to login took an extended amount of time to get to me and I wasted over an hour trying to get the code so I could go through the process of picking up my truck. Outside of that there were no issues.
Brent SThe app doesnt work. I didnt get a confirmation call and then the drop off location changed without notification. I GOT NO EMAIL SAYING THE DROP OFF LOCATION CHANGED. TOOK FOREVER TO UPLOAD PICS
Iman LCab was very dirty I had to clean it before I got in.
