This location was good and the guy nice and professional. That I had to drive 9 miles out of my way in heavy traffic to pick up the hauler in Charlotte was bad. The reservation app still showed me to address where there was no car hauler. Also your system shows I have rented things I did not rent all based on my new cell number.

Benjamin TI initially was suppose to get a different size truck, but they didn't have it and I had to travel further out to get it.
