First you cancelled my original booking for the Waikele location, then you promised an 8am pickup. The truck was not available until after 9am, the furniture dolly was not available, the promised $50 credit was never given. The best thing was the very kind and patient receptionist at the counter. My previous experience with UHaul was amazing, this experience left me wondering where else I can rent a truck in the future.
