I became concerned when the UHaul app tried to charge for two days after I picked up and dropped off the trailer on the same day. But seems to have been cleared up. Thank you.

TODD PRepresentative was not clear about the 100.00 deposit until I noticed I was charged for it. Also still haven't received it in my account after returning the truck. This is NOT because of my bank. I verified the bank is waiting on Uhaul to complete the transaction. This is illegal and a clear UDAAP violation of CFPB and reportable to the FTC. Please make clear why deposits are not made available just as quickly as you were paid. If this is deception for profit, it is illegal.
