I wasn't even supposed to go to this UHaul location, I was supposed to go to the one on Union Ave. They oversold their trucks and sent me out of my way to this location, even though I had reserved a truck 2 weeks prior to my move. Also, I had reserved moving blankets online. When I got there they had 1/4 of the quantity I needed, held for me despite reserving them online AND despite confirming that they had 12 in-store 24 hours prior. This location is horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

We went to three branches in Memphis, Tennessee prior to obtaining the needed rental. Each branch displayed the same level of concern and care for our situation and worked to ensure that we were able to get the correct size truck needed to move our son to New Orleans. Sharon and Leslie in transportation exemplified the true meaning of outstanding customer service.
