Closed at time of drop off
rick vMy experience was not great. The pickup was changed the day before to one further away. The location and the service was perfectly fine. I reserved an appliance dolly and they didn’t have one. I was told to go to the one I originally set up for my pickup because they always have them. Once ai got there…no dolly’s. I put about 20 miles on the truck trying to find a dolly and finally gave up. That really made a one person move very tough. I don’t think the customer should have to pay to drive further because U-Haul shifts pickup further away. The customer should also not have to pay to run around town for an hour trying to find something that was reserved with the truck.
