John N.The after hours return process is not easy. I tried to contact customer service and send pictures of my return to them but they told me I needed to go back to the process which wasn't working. I have pictures of my trailer it was clean and dropped off nicely in the parking lot On Saturday may 27th.
Billie S.No other choice, or be charged big, u haul in Scenic AZ was way easier and closer, 3/4 of a mile, had to 13 miles across state line and across town to make it convenient for u haul, not me!
