It took Jose a hour to check me into my rental he didn’t know what he was doing. The truck had a low tire light on and when I asked Jose who works at the location he said it was fine to drive that way. Then when I retired the truck he charged me for the rental that I put 7 miles on then he charged another $81.36 which he didn’t know why and when I called him to ask he hung up on me. I called back and said I could come down there he threatened to call the police on me. I left a message for the area manager Rodolfo and he never called me back. I had to get into contact with Melissa McKenzie in corporate for her to call Jose at the store and Rodolfo because neither of them would speak to me. I still have a charge of $81.36 on my card that Melissa told me will he reversed that should have never been charged by Jose. I’d like a full refund of any amount charged asap! Jose needs to be retrained or fired and if Rodolfo is the area manager he doesn’t call people back when one of his stores has an issue! Terrible customer service all around!!
