I made the reservation with Martha and it all went very well .....the next day I received a phone call who claimed to be from the U-Haul office saying that the "reserved " truck was no longer available because I was late to pick it up and that I needed to go to another location .....IT WAS ALL VERY STRANGE ... I had a heated argument with the woman and decided to call Martha who surprisingly confirmed that the truck was available and that "THE CALL " DIDN'T ORIGINATE FROM HER OFFICE .....I went and got the truck did my moving returned it and it all went very SMOTH .....I THINK SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO STEAL THE BUSINESS FROM MARTHA AND THAT "SOMEONE " NEED TO BE TRAINE TO SPEAK TO COSTUMERS PROPERLY
