The trailer was new but there were a few problems with it that I noted at the drop off location

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location was the "savior" when the Caledonia, MI location completely screwed up by not making the code for the key locker available ... for a pick-up that was on a day they were closed. It took me over 30 minutes to finally figure out that there is an online chat where the wait was not over an hour. The person there was very helpful and found a (larger) moving truck at the Middleville, MI location. I was glad that there were actually people at the pick up location and they helped me to swiftly get our moving truck as we were running late. The drop off was another debacle that could have been avoided. The app is complete garbage and kept repetitively asking for the same information. I was able to again get a hold of someone in an online chat who told me to just use the website. This worked but it was still asinine having to take pictures from every angle in the pouring rain. I was soaked after. I get that it is necessary to ensure the equipment is returned as it was picked up but people at that location could have done an inspection when they returned the next day.
