No staff on hand to help. This location is operated out of a restaurant/market . When trying to pick up my rental we wandered in the building for 20 minutes before we found any staff. Once we found someone they didn't help and just told us to look in the truck for the keys. We then went out to the truck and there were no keys. Went back in the building and waited another 10 minutes before we could find another staff member to come outside and retrieve the keys for us from the drop off box. Once we got the truck it had less than half a tank of gas, it was covered in mud and had a bad smell on the inside. The vehicle has bad exhaust leaks and the engine sounded like it was ready to explode.

When we arrived, the truck was not cleaned, and there was no appliance dolly in the back as we had requested. We had to go inside the building - attached to a restaurant that smelled terrible, and we unfortunately smelled it on our clothes for the rest of the day - where there was no signage as to where the Uhaul office was. We ended up checking inside of a small grocery store and asked an employee there where we could find the Uhaul service location and they said "why, what do you want?" we explained that we needed an appliance dolly and they said "I'll bring it outside". After that, we had a hard time taking photos of the vehicle due to the overgrown surroundings of the parking lot. We were told in the app that we had to return the lock on the truck to an orange box in the parking lot, however the lock didn't fit in the box so we had to go inside again and talk to the grocery store employee, who ignored us for quite some time, and eventually took the lock from us. The parking lot only has 1 entrance/exit and it is incredibly narrow, so not ideal for people entering/exiting with a moving truck. I could not rate this location any lower, it was truly a horrible start to our rental process.
Alyssa SI paid for the dolly, but I never received it.
LEONARDO DI have not met or talked with the U-Haul staff. Since the office was closed…. I can’t comment on the clean and obviously not inviting location. bought extra miles on the rental. All unused miles was to be automatically returned. Without any contact the return office just sent the final receipt without crediting the unused miles. I SHOULD NOT NEED TO CALL U-HAUL TO GET MY CREDIT. U-HAUL YOU DROPPER THE BALL. U-haul had me drive (6 miles) past two closer drop off locations and sent me to a closed drop off location. The closest U-Haul location is less than a mile from my home.
ROBERT COn top of the location having a rather late opening time (10 AM) which set us back to a rushed schedule for the day as it was, all of the doors were locked upon arrival at five minutes past the reservation time. The open signs were on, lights were on, but we had no way to get in and pick up our scheduled vehicle. I called once, the person on the receiving end picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying anything. I called again and spoke with a location employee, and it was close to another five minutes before they let us in. When I did get the keys and went out to the assigned truck, I discovered it did not have a loading ramp as requested. I went back in, they informed me that the smallest truck they had equipped with a ramp was twice the size as we ordered, and charged us more for that size truck. The process of cancelling the previous reservation and getting a new one took close to half an hour and involved a phone call to U-Haul support. This time the employee came out with me and removed the hand cart from the truck (not specifying whether or not we would be taking it with us) and went back inside. The equipment was clean and functional, but that was the only positive from the experience.
