I was hoping to checkin with a human but the owners of the Indian Food establishment told me that I needed to check in on the U-Haul app which took me 45 minuted to figure out and get my truck. I was super frustrated and will never pick up from a third party location. I also asked them to change my drop off location and they were not able to help me. It was the worst U-Haul experience

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location being tied to an Indian restaurant made for an interesting experience. I stopped by the grocery store attached to the building while waiting for my keys to be ready. I personally didn’t mind, but the app gave me more issues than anything. I showed up early but couldn’t get checked in till 15 min past my reservation. Minor inconvenience but overall good experience.

Loralie HIt was confusing to know where to go to pick up the u-haul. There's the restaurant on one side and the grocery store on the other and it was the restaurant we needed to enter to rent the U-Haul.
Anjanette SI had arranged for an early pick-up (8am pick-up even though the location doesn't open until 10am). Location didn't set-up my truck, didn't make it available for me early and the inside of the truck was dirty with debris that could have been cleaned by simply sweeping it out. Had to wait for a district manager to come to the location to completely redo my contract and get me a truck. Didn't leave with the truck until after 9:15am. Very frustrating!
