It was confusing to know where to go to pick up the u-haul. There's the restaurant on one side and the grocery store on the other and it was the restaurant we needed to enter to rent the U-Haul.

I had arranged for an early pick-up (8am pick-up even though the location doesn't open until 10am). Location didn't set-up my truck, didn't make it available for me early and the inside of the truck was dirty with debris that could have been cleaned by simply sweeping it out. Had to wait for a district manager to come to the location to completely redo my contract and get me a truck. Didn't leave with the truck until after 9:15am. Very frustrating!

ANTHONY FLocation was great. People there were super friendly and helpful. Only problem was the website itself. Ran very slow, made it difficult to check in and check out even though I had full signal.
