I showed up for a 9:30 reservation at 9:30… I left after 11am. The trailer was on sight but took that long to get. The initial trailer I got hooked up to had an expired tag. It took another 20 minutes to get another trailer that had a blown taillight. I hookup both trailers up myself and no images were taken by the “help”. I reserved furniture pads and boxes of which I received none. All In all it was the poorest experience I’ve ever had with uhual and I’ve used uhual all over the nation.

Misshareya WI was told one price but when I got my reciept I saw where I was overcharged there’s no way I should have paid almost $300.00 when I only had the truck for no more than 3hrs.It was returned on time.Very disappointed customer and I will not recommend this to anyone but I was overcharged.
