I choose to stop off at a different location when I booked online., However, when I picked up they informed me I had to drive all the way back to stop off where I picked up so had to make two trips with extra vehicle to pick me up.
Ronald BThe truck was buried under feet of snow many days after a storm. I had to remove the snow myself and no one came to do a walk around at anytime. I have never seen this lack of service at any other location
justin gVehicle had used floor paper left in it. They didn't have my 2 furniture dollies i had ordered online. Originally booked in another town, had to drive out of town just to pickup then had to go to yet another location to fine the dollies then they weren't on my order somehow so I said screw it and I went and bought some. I also had to pay for the extra Km to get the vehicle to and from my town. Yikes. What a disaster, the door was also frozen solid and had to use a credit card to Jimmy it open.
