There was no dolly or furniture dolly in the truck or available at the pickup location. How do you move without those? No help in locating any at near by pickup locations. Good thing a friend had one we could borrow. This whole process was a nightmare. I scheduled pickup at a nearby location and the night before they switched it to a new pickup locations almost an hour away. If I ever move again, I will not but using U-Haul.
