Very poor service when I was waiting for someone to help. One guy didn't know anything. The other guy came and he helped me. One of the complaints I have about this place is they don't try to mount the trailer to the hitch. This happened a few months ago. Recently, when I went to pick up the auto hauler, I was disappointed that there was no flooring to haul a small New Holland Tractor. I had to switch to 5X9 trailer and it worked perfectly. Thanks to this wonderful lady by the name of TAMARA ADLER, AREA FIELD MANAGER and she was VERY HELPFUL and quick to do everything for me. Miller Store needs more people to help out with this Uhaul business and more training how to do things quickly.

The agent barely spoke with me. He showed a spot to back in, but since backing a trailer is difficult, after 15 min I gave up and chose a wider space. It was still hard. No encouragement or help offered. I got it in an acceptable spot and walked back to the store front. He handed me a receipt. I asked about unhooking, and he assumed my daughter and I could do it on a very hot day (I am 79). He said Do you need help, and based on his general attitude of Unhelpful, I said we would try to do it, and after some wrestling, we did. I was disappointed.

David HThere was no dolly or furniture dolly in the truck or available at the pickup location. How do you move without those? No help in locating any at near by pickup locations. Good thing a friend had one we could borrow. This whole process was a nightmare. I scheduled pickup at a nearby location and the night before they switched it to a new pickup locations almost an hour away. If I ever move again, I will not but using U-Haul.
