Barri was extremely nice and patient with me I was late he was very nice about it I would recommend this place to family and friends moving in future I will return also to this location

This is the BEST Uhaul station by far! Barry was very friendly and easy to work with! He helped me locate a lost phone the next day in the Uhaul and kept it safe for me until I picked it up. He also does work on cars at the shop! Highly recommend this place!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The owner showed up an hour late for the appointment. He said he "Forgot" the keys in his pocket and would be there in 15min. He did not show up for another 45 minutes and my girlfiend and I were stuck in cold for far too long. He does not deserve to own a Uhal business.

There was no one at the location until 25 minutes after my scheduled pick up. I got a different size truck than what was reserved. I did not get a chance to sign off on damage to the vehicle before I started driving it. He was very polite, but very late. The whole thing was much more work than it needed to be.

Mobile app wasn’t working so I had to go inside. There was no one there and what appeared to be a customer watching TV in the waiting room. Had to call the shop to get someone to answer who was 10 minutes away. We waited about that long and the man in the waiting room got a phone call, he then walked to Uhaul section grabs some keys and handed them to us. It was hilarious... really, but I was in a rush to get packing so quite frustrating at the time.

I was overcharged and had to wait 40 min for someone to get there who said they would be therein 10 or someone else would open the door.

Nothing they don’t have to improve on anything. They’re customer service was beyond great. I will always go back if needed.

No one was in the office at 1:00PM on a Monday.

Finding the office was confusing because the trailers are stored around the corner. When I did find it the staff was helpful and personable and helped me connect the trailer.

The guy @ the U-Haul was polite, and knowledgeable about the Truck. He was helpful a lot.

The owner was not there. Some random man helped me who didn’t even take my payment info. He called someone else to do it over the phone which I was not comfortable with. Then he didn’t even help me hook the trailer up he had no idea. Just walked away. I had to call a friend to help. Terrible expierence and I won’t ever go back. This location didn’t help my move at all. Made it even more stressful.

Take there franchise away, buy them out - whatever it takes. These people and this location is a disservice to all of the other folks who are trying. Seriously they tainted the whole experience. Can t overstate how offensive I kind the place and people. Ok maybe the guy who took the trailer off the truck was good.

The gas was at 1/8 and they tried to tell me it was 1/4. I did NOT elect for safemove and will not pay the $58 for it. I did NOT drive 48 miles. My contract when rented and when returned showed 34 miles. I will not be paying the amount still Owed: they can take me court.

The location was difficult to find and somewhat dingy inside. However, that's usually not something to bug me as a customer. I was charged $8 extra for the gas indicator being very slightly off of full, which is how I received the truck. Also, it was 30° out, and he asked us to take a picture of the odometer and gas level indicator, which we did, as that is reasonable. He did not mention that he needed the blanket pads out of the truck, so we had to make a third trip from the truck to the store again in the snow/freezing rain. If we can choose I will not come to this U-Haul location again.

Online site gave us an incorrect time that wasnt actually available so we got a call the night before and had to change all of our moving plans. It was a nightmare. Also when we went to the location, it was really unprofessional.
