The location did a fine job as I’ve rented with them before. U-Haul online reservation did not do a good job. I specifically set a booking at a location less than a mile from my home. The site did not say anything about switching off no availability and really should give options over directing me sooner place 11 miles away. You site should be more intuitive and have more accurate inventory. I understand that there are chances of equipment not being returned, but I felt the change was not acceptable. As well, I was booked to pickup at 10am and was not notified by Bauer’s until the night before my rental, that they did not open until noon. If a time is requested, your reservation system should abide by the request and only give options that are open for the requested booking time. I expect better from U-Haul as you are not new to the rental game.
