Vehicle was very poor condition. Not well maintained. Dirty with tea and other spills. Took 1 hour to get my vehicle as they process too slowly. Vehicle alignment and axle was moving, couldn't bear the load and was going out of lane while driving. It was too risky to drive the vehicle
Brijesh RHave extra staff available on weekends. It took 45 minutes to check out and then there was a mistake on the mileage which required going back in again. The app was useless, text messages didn't arrive, and I wasn't able to load the picture of my license. All around a fairly frustrating experience.
MICHAEL CThe computer system down and service person did not try to be more effective to either screen customers or explain to all their options. She dealt with one customer at a time and only kept trying to reconnect her computer. From 9:00 am I finally was able to pickup truck at 10:45 while I had helpers waiting....
